Midi Skirt Addiction

As you may have noticed, I have a bit of an addiction. I can’t stop wearing midi skirts…especially midi skirts from Shein. Seriously, if I had to pick one outfit to wear for the rest of my life, it would involve a formfitting top and this black swan midi skirt. I would choose this one above the rest, just because it is the most unique out of all my skirts…and it’s also one of the most comfortable. (My floral midi skirt would be a close second, but the fabric is a bit stiff to have to wear it every single day..haha.)

There are so many midi skirts on my wishlist right now…it’s taking so much self control not to buy them all. Haha. It’s especially hard when all the prices are roughly $20…I can justify that pretty easily! And, in my opinion, you can safely wear a midi skirt for just about every occasion.

Sorry for being too big of a baby to take my jacket off for some of these photos. It was chilly that day…but not that bad. I don’t know what my problem was, but oh well, at least the jacket matches!

And I was wearing this outfit for meeting our friends at a Mexican restaurant in downtown Appleton. If you ever find yourself in the Appleton area…Antojitos is an awesome spot to grab some yummy, unique Mexican food in a really fun atmosphere. I would like to go back tonight to celebrate National Margarita Day, haha. I didn’t try any of their margaritas while I was there, but they certainly looked incredible!

Will anyone else be participating in National Margarita Day? Haha. And are there any other midi skirt addicts out there? Let me know in the comments!

  1. You look great in this midi skirt! Mexican food and margaritas are so good, I love all food, but this meal sounds especially good right now. I had no idea there was such a thing as margarita day, but cool! I think you look amazing in midi skirts. I however, tend to look shorter when I wear them unless paired with a severe stiletto heel.

    1. Thank you so much, Joanna! Haha doesn’t it? I don’t think I’ll ever get sick of Mexican food. 🙂 And I didn’t realize there was a such thing as Margarita Day either until yesterday! Too bad it fell on Monday. 😉

  2. I agree, midi skirts are the best! I love the combo of the lace top and leather jacket with the swan skirt. Its unique and effortlessly chic! Such cool girl vibes Tanya!

  5. I love that outfit!! You’re killing it recently with all the animal printed outfits! I am always a little afriad of midi skirts considering my height but you make me want to try them out!

    1. Oh gosh, thank you so much! I would definitely give them a try…they might look just fine! I’ve been eyeing up some maxi skirts on Chicwish that have a similar fit…and I think if your midi skirt hit a bit lower on your leg..it will look just fine (just maybe more like those maxi skirts). 🙂

  6. I am with you on the midi skirt obsession! I have too many to count and they are my favorite to wear. The ones with the fun prints are the best! This swan one is fabulous and just perfect to wear everyday and anywhere! Your top and jacket are really lovely pieces and really finish the look perfectly! Such a great look!

  7. You look great in a midi skirt! I have a few but I do look better in short skirts. The swan pattern though is the best part, so pretty! 🙂

  8. That outfit is lovely! Even with the jacket you look amazing, so don’t worry about not taking it off.
I really love midi skirts, I think they are so elegant and chic, however I find myself wearing mini skirts more than midi skirts (I think it’s because I’m rather short, and minis make you look taller).
Anyway, you are stunning as always, and that skirt is so much fun, it’s so special and unique.
    Much love,
    Mona

    1. Aw.. thank you so much, Mona! Minis are fun too! I don’t own nearly enough. (I should really expand my horizons one day, haha.) Much love to you too!
