Door County is arguably one of the best areas to enjoy the fall colors in Wisconsin. The leaves typically begin changing at the end of September and peak color is usually mid-October. The photos of fall color in Door County in this post were taken October 12-15, 2020.

To enjoy the fall colors, go for a drive along Highway 42 or hike one of the many gorgeous trails in Penisula State Park! And even if you don’t make it quite in time for peak season, this area will still be gorgeous through the end of October.
