Baku borders the Caspian Sea and is an interesting mix of European and Middle-Eastern with a hefty splash of Soviet Union influence. The country of Azerbaijan itself is actually located in both Europe and Asia.

This outfit worked perfectly for a day of exploring the city! I was comfortable in it all day long – and it went from rainy and miserable in the morning to hot and sticky by the afternoon.
