Have Clothes, Will Travel YouTube Hits 1 Million Views + $150 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway!

Wow. One million views on YouTube. I honestly never thought I’d type that sentence.

When I started my YouTube channel around the same time as Have Clothes, Will Travel, I had no idea what I was doing. My first uploads were quick little snippets… like this unboxing video that was about 20 seconds long and looks like it was filmed with a potato from the 1800s.

Then came my very first on-camera video, on how to tie a scarf. I hated every second of filming it, but hey, we all start somewhere!

A couple of years ago, I finally decided to take YouTube more seriously. My Sundara review video
was the first one I actually edited, talked in, and treated like a real video.

Then came my Sheldrick Wildlife Trust video… still one of my most popular uploads and one that means a lot to me.

If you’ve been around for a while, you know I don’t sugarcoat things.

I tell it like it is… the good, the bad, and the downright weird.

Take my Sandals Curaçao review, for example. That one ruffled some feathers, but honesty matters more to me than glossy marketing.

Then there’s my LightInTheBox review — which was… an experience. Let’s just say it’s proof that not every “great deal” online is worth it.

Of course, it’s not all doom and disappointment. When something genuinely blows me away, I’ll sing its praises.

Like my What Goes Around Comes Around review — I could talk designer vintage all day. Or this White Lotus dupe in Phuket, which still might be one of the most magical places I’ve ever stayed.

And then there’s my personal favorite: Tracking Black Rhinos on Foot in Kenya…Hardly anyone’s seen it, but it’s one of the best experiences I’ve ever filmed.

Most recently, I posted my Ireland road trip with my family — it’s one of my favorite travel memories to date, and I’m really proud of how the video turned out.
