Taylor Swift’s new album isn’t just lighting up the charts — it’s lighting up cities, too

From skyline lights to themed teas and cocktails, here’s how places across the map are marking Taylor Swift’s latest release.

Cleveland is showing up for Taylor Swift this week… and for one of its own. Travis Kelce’s hometown lit up in orange and teal to mark the release of Life of a Showgirl, turning landmarks like the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Playhouse Square, Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, Terminal Tower, and the Westin into glowing tributes.

And Cleveland didn’t stop there. Swifties in Northeast Ohio have a full weekend lineup of celebrations — from a showgirl-themed dance party at Twist Social Club to a donut pop-up at Brewnuts, a floral workshop at Evangeline & Co., and a listening party at Blossom Flower Bar stocked with orange blooms to match the album’s vibe.

The city’s movie houses are also screening Taylor Swift: The Official Release Party of a Showgirl, featuring the world premiere of “The Fate of Ophelia” music video. Even Great Lakes Brewing Co. is getting in on the fun, transforming into The Tipsy Swiftie pop-up bar with a themed cocktail menu all weekend.

It’s all part of the whirlwind surrounding Taylor’s Life of a Showgirl era — and her headline-making engagement to Travis Kelce. (If you missed it, here’s a look at the best dupes for her engagement ring and what we know so far about where their wedding might take place.)

Cities and hotels across the country, and beyond, joined in with their own nods to the album:

  • Kansas City, MO: J. Rieger & Co. dropped a limited-run cocktail, the “Passion of a Showgirl” — a shimmering mix of vodka, nectarine liqueur, passion fruit, and vanilla, served in the city where Taylor and Travis first made headlines.
  • Cape Cod, MA: Wequassett Resort & Golf Club is bringing back its SwifTea experience in November — friendship bracelets, sweet treats, and photo ops included.
  • Key West, FL: Blue Flamingo Resort is hosting a poolside listening party this Sunday, spinning the new album and fan favorites with themed giveaways.
  • Cancún, MX: AVA Resort is pouring sparkly mocktails like the “Chiapas Cold Brew” and offering a Vitamin C spa ritual for guests looking to lean into the glow.
  • Wilmington, DE: HOTEL DU PONT will host an afternoon “SwifTea Showgirl Soirée,” complete with pastries, hair tinsel, and a listening party inside its gold ballroom.

Cleveland may have led the charge, but it’s far from alone in celebrating the release. And if this is any preview of what’s to come, Taylor and Travis’s big day might just rival the most talked-about celebrity weddings of the last decade.
