The Best Black Friday and Cyber Monday Fitness Deals You Can Shop Right Now

These are the steepest fitness, activewear, and recovery discounts you’ll find this season.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday are basically the Super Bowl for fitness gear. If you’ve been waiting to upgrade your home gym, replace your beat-up leggings, or finally snag a recovery tool that isn’t full price, this is the week to do it. I rounded up the deals I genuinely think are worth your money — including the things I personally own and use all the time.

Lululemon — Up to 58% Off Select Styles

Lulu’s “We Made Too Much” section is stacked right now, and the discounts are deeper than usual. If you’ve had your eye on Aligns, Scubas, or accessories that never go on sale, this Black Friday sale is your moment.

Nike — Up to 50% Off Select Styles

Nike’s running shoes and training gear are heavily marked down, and I just grabbed another pair of my favorite wide-foot-friendly sneakers. Their apparel is also included this year, which is rare.

Adidas — Up to 60% Off

From Ultraboosts to winter running layers, Adidas has some of the strongest athletic discounts of the season. It’s a great spot to refresh basics without paying full price.

Athleta — 30% Off Everything

Yes, everything — even the new Simone Biles line. Their sizing is solid, the fabrics are great, and the new arrivals being included in the sale is a big deal.

Gymshark — 50% Off Sitewide

It’s exactly what it sounds like: half off the entire site. Their seamless leggings and sports bras go fast, so if you want something specific, don’t wait.

Alo Yoga — 30% Off Sitewide

Alo rarely runs sales like this. If you like that clean, minimalist look (or their insanely soft Airbrush leggings), this is the best pricing you’ll see from them until next year.

Fabletics — Up to 80% Off Everything (New VIPs, Limit 2 Items)

This is one of the most dramatic Black Friday deals in activewear. If you’re okay with the VIP structure, you can get some wildly inexpensive staple pieces.

IUGA — Buy One, Get One Half Off, Third Item Free

Use codes BLACK50 and BLACK100. Their leggings are some of the best Lululemon dupes I’ve tried, and this promo makes them even more of a steal.

Hyperice — Deep Discounts Across Recovery Tools

The big headline: the Hyperboot is $200 off — its first-ever sale. Several of their recovery and massage devices are also discounted, which is ideal if you’re sore from training or just want help loosening up tight muscles. (I just got their hip recovery device and have been really happy with it!)

Momentous — 40% Off All Products (11/26–12/1)

This is their biggest sale of the year. If you’re particular about clean, high-quality supplements or recovery formulas, stock up now.

Plunge — Up to $7,500 Off Cold Plunges + Saunas

Yes, that number is real. They’re also offering 25% off plunges, 20% off saunas, 50% off Plunge Protect, and $1,000 off professional sauna assembly. If you’ve been flirting with the idea of cold therapy, this sale is huge.

GORUCK — End of Year Sale

If you want gear that will outlive you, GORUCK is it. Their rucksacks, training clothing, and sandbags are all marked down, and the discounts are solid this year.

Whoop — Save Up to $60 (Best Offer of the Year)

Whoop only runs real deals during Black Friday, and this is the biggest one. If you’ve been curious about tracking sleep, strain, and recovery 24/7, now’s the time — and it’s HSA/FSA eligible.

Garmin — Major Deals on Watches and Training Gadgets

Garmin’s Black Friday sale always includes their bestsellers. If you’re eyeing a Forerunner, Epix, Fenix, or even a simple daily tracker, prices are noticeably lower this week. (I got my watch in this sale last year and couldn’t be happier with it!)

Forme — 20% Off Sitewide with Code FRIENDS20

Their posture-supporting bras and tops truly make a difference (they’re what I wear…and also what Taylor Swift used on the Eras tour for her posture), and they rarely run sitewide discounts. You also get free shipping on orders $250+ and a free tote with orders $500+.

NordicTrack — Save Up to $1,000 on Smart Machines and $2,200 on Bundles

This is the best time of year to buy a treadmill, bike, or rower. NordicTrack’s connected training machines almost always hit their lowest prices around Black Friday, and this year’s discounts are strong.

Rogue Fitness — Rare Deals on Their Most Popular Gear

Rogue never slashes prices dramatically, so any discount is worth noting. The Rogue Echo Bike V3.0 is down to $875 (from $925) — I have this bike, and I love it and hate it in the best way. The Echo Rower is also discounted, and their USA Nylon Weightlifting Belt is now $50, which is a great price for something you’ll use for years.

If you’re still in deal-hunting mode, I also rounded up the biggest Las Vegas Cyber Week offers happening right now, plus a new guide to the best holiday gifts for pets if you’re shopping for your furry family members this season.
