From city adventures to desert resorts and beach escapes, these domestic spots are offering wallet-friendly airfare right now. If you’re craving a getaway before the season ends, here’s where you should look first.

1. Phoenix, Arizona — Desert Luxury at Summer Discounts

It might sound crazy to visit the desert in August, but Phoenix is one of the best-kept secrets for affordable luxury this time of year.
